  Unfortunately I didn't have that great of an experience today during lunch. Ordered the chicken fried steak with steamed broccoli and a salad. Instead of broccoli I received fries (which usually goes better with the chicken fried steak - I understand). I advised the waitress of this mistake but she placed the plate in front of me and said I'll go check on the broccoli. I started eating my meal. After a few minutes I asked if she found my broccoli and she reached over for my plate saying she would need to discard the fries otherwise it would be an extra charge. That's a big no no!!! I said I'll pay extra because I didn't want to cause a scene and argue about the mistake they made. And I was in fact charged in the end. My friend had a burger and she said it was good. My chicken fried steak was alright as well as the gravy and broccoli. The fries however were unseasoned and bland. I don't think I will return due to lack of customer satisfaction and poor service. On another note I found the place needed to be a bit cleaner and the salad bar is in desperate need of lighting. Dressings and sauces were unlabeled

  If you are coming to Somerville, this is the best restaurant in the whole town. You will not be disappointed! Fantastic home cooked food and awesome service. Thank you Neinast!!

  Family owned/operated restaurant with ok prices, but they cater to the local community and offer a variety fare, not just a Mexican restaurant.

  Solid food, and very friendly staff. Stacie and Lauren are a hoot! Love eating here.

  Food was good. Just know they don't serve Chips and Salsa before 11.
